Acro Dance

**Due to Covid-19 and the close contact nature of acro, this class is not currently being offered. Check back for updates!

This popular class is for ages 7+. Students are safely introduced to proper stretching and range of motion techniques to combine acrobatics and dance while helping to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Shoes are not required for this class however clothing should be close fitting.
